Alternating Abodes

This was Ethan's first real project with a real site in mind. The Location of this building is Austin Street and 72nd Ave. He was tasked to design an apartment that contained 48 single apartments. Ethan has always been interested in the push and pulling of walls which gives it a sense of layering so with this project he did just that. Each room is specific and non are alike. There is also a shared outdoor space on the second floor which all residence have access to, wither that be from the elevator or the staircase which is accessed through the lobby.
