Duplex Designs

The first project that Ethan worked on during his Third Year was a simple apartment design. Ethan chose to further investigate the duplex apartment layout which allowed for double height space. Façade was a little more interesting forming these "T" like structures allowing for the frontal façade to not be a boring face. It gave depth and allowed for each apartment to have a balcony.
